Receipt of Delivery
Please ensure you are there to accept the delivery or that you have given a safe place to leave it. We ask that you inspect your delivery when it is received and flag any issues at that point - otherwise it makes it very hard for us to track issues. We will always try to fix issues as quickly as possible.
If no-one is there to sign for it and you haven't shared a safe place, it will be sent back to us and we will have to re-deliver it and recharge shipping again. Where re-delivery is not requested within 7 days, we will give the products to our chosen charity and no refunds will be due.
Orders can be cancelled if you contact our customer service team right away. If we have not yet picked or dispatched products, we will do our best to process the cancellation and refund you the money in full. Please note, while we will always try our best, we cannot always guarantee a cancellation.
We do everything we can to ensure your experience with us is smooth and seamless and take great pride in this.
As a consumer, you have certain legal rights regarding the return of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described. Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights and is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Please notify us within 2 hours of delivery of goods if something is missing, it is not what you ordered, or the beverage is defective (for example, a bottle has broken in transit, or a bottle is leaking). If the wrong goods have been sent, products are missing entirely or if the goods are faulty/defective upon arrival, you will be entitled to a full refund. This includes any beverage that is passed it’s best before date at the point of delivery.
