Apples contain vitamin C, A and K, pectin, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, choline (a nutrient similar to B-vitamins), folate and antioxidants like beta-carotene, lutein, beta-cryptoxanthin and zeaxanthin.

Fresh apple juice also contains important phytochemicals such as quercetin, catechin and ellagic acid, which you will not find in processed apple juice.

Antioxidant: ascorbic acid,the purest form of vitamin C. It is added to develop the flavour of the apple juice and prevent the discolouring of the tannins that you find in apple juice.
